CSPM COVID-19 Safety Protocol

The Canadian Society for Pelvic Medicine is fully committed to holding a successful in-person Annual Meeting in Toronto, Ontario on Friday, April 30, 2022. The health and safety of our meeting attendees is our first priority as we continue preparing for this meeting. CSPM is carefully monitoring Ontario Public Health (OPH) guidelines as they relate to COVID-19 protocols and holding in-person meetings.

Attendance at the CSPM 2022 Annual Meeting will adhere to the following policies to mitigate the risk of infection and potential health consequences associated with COVID-19:

  • Upon arrival at the meeting, attendees must attest to being fully vaccinated, OR, if not fully vaccinated, will have received a negative PCR coronavirus test within 72 hours of attending this meeting.
  • Regardless of vaccination status, registrants are asked to refrain from attending the meeting if they have been exposed to COVID-19 within the 14 days preceding the meeting or are exhibiting any of the following symptoms including but limited to: fever, cough, nasal congestion, running nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
  • Face mask are required to be worn when indoors.

NOTE: CSPM will continuously evaluate and update our plans and guidelines as new information becomes available and as environmental condition change. We will share all updates with registrants the last week in March before payments for this meeting are processed.
