Adding a Workshop to Your Registration

If you have already registered for the conference and wish to add a workshop or the Friday night social event, please contact us at info@canadiansocietyforpelvicmedicine.org.

Our registration system does not support add-on purchases after your initial registration, but we'll send you an invoice directly to your email for easy, secure payment.

Registration rates are listed for CSPM members and non-members, with optional add-ons for the Social Event and Workshops.

Important Dates

• April 20, 2026 – Presentation slides submission deadline

• January 28, 2026 – Abstract/workshop deadline (date extended)
• February 27, 2026 – Acceptance notifications
• March 15, 2026 – Video submission deadline

• February 9, 2026 – Early‑bird registration opens
• March 1, 2026 – Visa/letter of invitation cut‑off
• March 22, 2026 – Early‑bird registration closes
• March 23, 2026 – Standard registration opens
• April 30, 2026 – Standard registration closes
• May 1, 2026 – On‑site/late registration opens

• Through March 2, 2026: Full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
• March 3 – April 1, 2026: 50% refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
• April 2, 2026, and later: No refunds will be issued.
